Happy New Year!
Day 1. Tbilisi
Arrival in Tbilisi. Walking tour of Tbilisi. The New Year's city is festively decorated, with bright markets, performances, and illumination everywhere. We will walk through its historical part and at the same time enjoy the New Year's bustle. The ancient city is sandwiched in the bed of the Kura River, this is the intersection and mixture of Eastern and Western civilizations, which gives it a special flavor. We will see the palace of Queen Darejan - Sachino, the Metekhi plateau with a monument to the founder of the city, King Vakhtang, take the cable car to the Narikala fortress, and descend into the hidden Fig Gorge. Let's listen to stories about the sulfur baths, which are the heart of the old city and which Pushkin admired so much. Then Meydan, Shardin quarter, Sioni, Peace Bridge, Anchiskhat Basilica, Gabriadze Tower. (If you wish, you can book a table in a restaurant with music for the evening). Overnight in Tbilisi.
Day 2. Borjomi - Bakuriani
Snow New Year decoration. In the morning we leave Tbilisi and go to the beautiful winter resort of Bakuriani. It is located in the Borjomi Gorge, in the middle of dense coniferous forests. We will stop in Borjomi and drink mineral water directly from the source and take a walk through the historical park. (If you wish, you can go and swim in the warm sulfur baths right under the open sky). From Borjomi to Bakuriani it is only 27 km and there is a narrow gauge railway that has been operating since 1902. Outside the window there will be beautiful views of the winter forest. In Bakuriani we will have enough time to ski, sled, horseback ride and snowmobile. Or just take a walk through the snow-covered pine forest. In the evening we return to Tbilisi. Overnight in Tbilisi.

Day 3. Mtskheta
We will visit the ancient capital of Georgia - Mtskheta. We will go up to the Jvari temple, which inspired Lermontov to write the poem “Mtsyri”, and visit the Svetitskhoveli Cathedral (11th century) - these are places that determined the history of Georgia and which are full of ancient myths and legends. And of course, New Year's decoration, Georgian festive feast. For lunch we will be waited in by a traditional rural family with homemade wine, delicious dishes, a fireplace and a toastmaster. Toasts will be made and songs will be played. In the evening we return to Tbilisi. Overnight in Tbilisi.
