Day 1. Tour of Tbilisi

Arrival. Transfer to the hotel. Walking tour of Tbilisi. We will see Queen Daredjan's Palace - Sachino, Metekhi Plateau, take a cable car up to Narikala Fortress, Fig Gorge, sulfur baths, Maidan, Sharden district, Sioni, the Peace Bridge, Anchiskhati Basilica, Gabriadze Tower and Freedom Square. Overnight stay in Tbilisi.

Day 4. Mtskheta - Jvari - Uplistsikhe - Borjomi

Leaving Tbilisi, we head towards Mtskheta, the ancient capital of Georgia. We'll visit the Jvari Monastery, which inspired Lermontov to write the poem "Mtsyri," and the 11th-century Svetitskhoveli Cathedral, known as the second Jerusalem due to its abundance of ancient artifacts. After Mtskheta, we'll visit Uplistsikhe, an ancient cave town carved into the sloping side of a mountain where we'll take a stroll through its streets. From there, we'll head to Borjomi Gorge and stop at the resort town of Borjomi. In the historic park, we'll taste the famous mineral water directly from the source. Overnight stay in Borjomi.

Day 3. Kutaisi - Prometheus Cave - Gelati academy - Sataplia Cave

We head west of Georgia. Around the city of Kutaisi, there is a whole collection of sights. We will visit the first academy in Georgia, Gelati, founded in the 12th century. In the Sataplia Park, we will see well-preserved dinosaur footprints and descend into the depths of the karst cave. From the transparent observation deck, we will explore the expanses of this region of Georgia. Next, we will visit the longer and deeper Prometheus Cave, and at the end of it, we will take a boat ride on an underground river. At the end of the day, we will have a tour of Kutaisi. Once upon a time, it was the capital of the legendary Colchis, and it is associated with ancient legends. We will see the Bagrati Cathedral (10th century), which towers over the city. Day 4. Zugdidi - Inguri Dam - Svaneti

We leave for the mountains of Svaneti. On the way, we will stop for an excursion near the Inguri Dam. It is one of the highest dams in the world, standing at 271 meters. We will walk through the labyrinth of the dam and learn about its structure. After the excursion, we continue our journey to Svaneti. This is a mountainous picturesque road along the Inguri River. We arrive in Mestia, the administrative center of Svaneti. Excursion to the sights of the city. Overnight in Mestia.

Day 5. Village of Ushguli - Mestia

In the morning, we will drive off-road vehicles to the high-mountain village of Ushguli. It is the highest populated settlement in Europe. You will see ancient family towers, and we will visit one of them. The village is located at the foot of the highest mountain in Georgia - Shkhara. We will visit the ancient church of Lamaria (9th century). Overnight stay in Mestia.

Day 6. Chalaadi Glacier - waterfall Shdugra

On this day, we will go on a hiking trip to the Chalaadi Glacier to see how rivers are born. Then, we will move on to the Becho Valley and hike through a coniferous forest to reach the triple waterfall Shdugra. These are very beautiful and wild places. Overnight stay in Mestia.

Day 7. Martvili canyon - Batumi

We leave Svaneti and head to the warm shores of the Black Sea. On the way, we will stop at the Martvili Canyon. We will see amazing cascading waterfalls and take a boat ride on the blue waters of the canyon. From there, it's not far to Batumi. Overnight in Batumi.
